You will:

  • Manage a complex and diverse caseload in educational settings, driving forward service excellence.

  • Develop and lead innovative universal, targeted, and specialist service approaches.

  • Shape the future by mentoring newly qualified staff and supervising an enthusiastic therapy team.

What we’re looking for:

·       Experience: at least 1-7 years in paediatric SLT depending on your grade/role, with a background in educational settings.

·       Qualifications: a recognised SLT qualification and registration with HCPC / RCSLT.

·       Skills: effectively managing your own caseload, with a whole-school approach, and excellent communication skills.

·       Drive: a passion for service development and quality improvement.

 

Term time only salary, ranging from £ 30,576.00 - £43,124.00 depending on experience and skills (5 days p/week, 39 weeks p/year). Primary, secondary, mainstream and special provision opportunities, as well as Full and Part time positions available (minimum of 3.5 days p/week). *salary subject to yearly inflation rise in September
